1. Habit List
I use this app for everything! I’m able to set up any habits, goals, or routines I’d like to adhere to day by day. These reminders range from paying bills to making phone calls to going for a walk and everything in between.
What I like the most about this app is that you’re able to create schedules on specific days, non-specific days, and intervals.
For example, for your specific days, you could schedule reminders to send out an email to your mailing list on Monday and Thursday. For your non-specific days, you could schedule that you need to work out 4 times this week. And for your intervals, you could schedule 4 reminders per day to drink more water.
This app makes it very easy to stay organized and on top of things.
Evernote is a favourite amongst students, entrepreneurs, and busy people for very good reason.
The app is like one massive, digital notebook that holds more notebooks. You’re able to create topics for each aspect of your life, and within those notebooks, you can add in your notes.
A few ways you can use Evernote are: storing grocery lists and recipes, recording blog post ideas, storing pictures of receipts for tax purposes, typing out goals you’d like to achieve in the future, saving articles you’d like to read for later, tracking fitness levels, making a bucket list, and so on and so forth.
3. Tiny Scanner
I really don’t know what I was doing with my life prior to discovering this scanning app. This program makes scanning your documents so easy.
All you have to do is take a picture with your iPhone and it’ll convert the image to a black and white document. From there, it can be saved as a PDF and uploaded to various cloud services like Evernote, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.
If you’re someone that prefers a bit of a buzzing noise around you while you work, this is the perfect app for you.
It brings the soothing sounds of a coffee shop right into your home office. There are 3 different soundscapes to choose from: “morning murmur”, “lunchtime lounge”, and “university undertones”.
I always seem to get my best work done when I have this app playing. Highly recommend this one!
5. My Package
If you do a lot of online shopping or you’re always expecting packages, this is a great way of keeping track of where they are and when they’ll be arriving.
All you have to do is plug in your tracking information and the app will let you know where everything is. No more searching through endless emails to find out when your items will be arriving!
