Mac Prep + Prime Essential Oil: I love this stuff. It smells so good and is very light in texture, but more importantly, works really well at hydrating my skin (which is a must during this time of year!). I’ll either add a drop into one of my foundations to make it ultra dewy and moisturizing, or add a drop into a pan of cream highlighter to make the highlight look wet and extra luminous.
Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow in “Kitten Karma”: I don’t know about you guys, but I’m obsessed with sparkly eyeshadows during this time of year. They really brighten up the eyes and make them stand out; and because this one’s a champagne colour with silver sparkle, it really suits the overall vibe of wintertime.
Paula’s Choice Skin Recovery Replenishing Moisturizer: This is a perfect face cream to have for winter because of how intensely moisturizing it is. It has different plant oils, anti-aging peptides, and antioxidants that help to nourish and soften the skin. Also, if you’re someone who struggles with sensitivity when it comes to skincare products, this is a great moisturizer for you to try out because it’s free of any irritating ingredients.
Milk Makeup Lip + Cheek Stick in “Quickie”: There’s nothing prettier than wearing berry tones during the wintertime in my opinion. This shade can definitely look a little intimidating upon first glance, however once it’s applied to the cheeks, it adds the most natural, dewy, and subtle flush of colour to the skin. It blends out effortlessly and is perfect for the girl that’s always on the go.
Vita Liberata pHenomenal Tinted Tan Mousse: Just because it’s wintertime, doesn’t mean I’m planning on giving up my fake tan. What I love about this one in particular is that it doesn’t give off that smell most faux tans do. It gives the skin a gorgeous, bronzed boost that feels very necessary when counteracting against the chilly weather outside.
Mac Matte Lipstick in “Ruby Woo”: Ruby Woo is just that classic red shade that suits every skin tone and is always ready to stand out in a crowd. Since it can get so bleak and grey outside during the wintertime, a seriously stunning, bright red lip is the perfect way to add a pop of colour into your surroundings.
